Parent Junior Golf Tournament Registration

The Parent Junior Golf Tournament is open to everyone.  Junior Golfers will be flighted by age.  Dinner and trophies will be presented following the tournament.

The tournament will take place at the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club on September 19th at 3pm.  This will be a Shotgun Start.  The cost of this event will be $30 for a Parent-Junior Team.

By submitting this application and give permission for my child/children to attend the Shriver Junior Golf Academy Program.  I give permission for my child to participate, and will not hold Belleview Biltmore Golf Club  responsible , or the Shriver Golf Academy or any of its employees responsible/liable for any injuries.
