Upon completion of this 3 hour school, golfers will have a much better understanding of how to play better golf from these distances. In this article , Dr. Oz explores many facets of nutrition of our time, including ” What to Eat Now”. He talks about the need for balanced nutrition, and includes some very intersting facts on nutrition. According to Dr. Oz “, broccoli is high in fiber and has been shown to have cholesterol lowering benefits.” “Berries are increasingly seen as having a profound impact against age related diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular illness, diabetes, and mental decline, thanks to their high levels of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties…There’s a long list of nutrients that we can only get from food, including calcium, fiber, folate, iodine, iron, magnesium, and potassium. We like to think that if we’re smart, we can get all of our nutrients from what we eat….this is only true for a small part of the population.” If you want to get all the nutrients that you need, and admit that you aren’t getting them, take Juice Plus.
