Pat and Bill’s Favorite Products that You will Love
Need a great “Summer Read” for that beach vacation or month in North Carolina? Check out Bob Rotella’s books…He has some fantastic books on the mental aspects of the game of golf. Having met him several times, listened to him speak, and read his books, Pat highly recommends starting with “The Golf of Your Dreams” or “Golf is Not a Game of Perfect”. In these books, Rotella addresses such issues as how to practice efficiently and effectively, and how to create an attitude and a mindset about all aspects of a golfer’s game. Rotella has worked with many tour players, and is very popular among them. Check out these and other books
Golf Tip of the Month
Now that Summer is here…..Do your grips feel slippery? As we move into higher temperatures and humid days of summer, you need to consider new grips. It becomes increasingly difficult to hang onto the golf club as your hands perspire. If your grips are “old” and becoming dried out, and slick to the touch, it’s time to replace them. With new grips, you will be able to hold the club with less grip pressure, allowing for less tension in your hands and arms. Less tension in the hands and arms “frees up” your body to make a more relaxed swing, which equals more distance!! We all want that! Give Bill a call and bring your clubs by for a regrip.
