lower scores! Students will receive a gift , and a personal

Tee to Green Golf School

FOR MEN ONLY…..MEN’S MINI BOOT CAMP: “From Tee to Green”, Sunday, April 17th , 1:30 – 4:30

Men, take this opportunity to learn from Bill Shriver how to
shoot lower scores, hit longer and straighter drives, and improve
your consistency with your second shots from the fairway.

This is a “Must do” for those of you who are struggling off the tee, and / or inconsistent off the fairway.  Are you constantly slicing your drivers? Topping your 2nd shots? Unable to reach the greens in regulation or “1 more than regulation”?

You are not alone! The Shriver Golf Academy can help you with
course management strategies, club selection, and swing
techniques that will help you reach the green in less number of
strokes.

We will be taking the lessons “to the course”.

Golfest Re-Cap

Thanks to those of you who came out to Tampa Bay Downs Driving
Range to Golfest on February 19-20th! It was a wonderful
inaugural event for our NFLPGA West Central Chapter, with ticket
proceeds going to All Children’s Hospital of St Petersburg. The
big highlight of the event for me, was Annika Sorenstam’s
appearance, and presentation. She hit the ball beautifully, and
gave a great lesson to the crowd, while being about 5-6 months
pregnant! I followed her with a lesson on fitness for golf with
my personal trainer, Cyndi Fickes. We had a blast, and hope you
did too!

Pat & Bill’s Products you will LOVE!

Golf balls, just like golf clubs, really do make a difference.
Having the right ball for your game can help you have more
control over your shots. Bridgestone has golf balls to fit the
player’s swing speed, and has ball fitting demo days, where
golfers can have their swing speed measured, so as to choose the
right ball for their game. If you don’t think that you generate
enough clubhead speed, there is a ball with a low compression
that will help you get more distance. Low Compression = low
swing speed. High Compression = High clubhead speed. If you
have higher clubhead speed, you need a higher compression ball.
We offer Bridgestone golf balls at the Belleview Biltmore Golf
Club. Check out the Bridgestone booth at Florida’s Largest
Golf Show, at the Florida State Farigrounds, March 11-13th .

You take time to work on your golf game, now take time to work on
YOU!

Juice Plus+ is not a vitamin supplement. It is made from fresh,
high quality fruits and vegetables, and is carefully tested to
ensure that no pesticides or other contaminants affect the
natural purity of the product. These fruits and vegetables are
juiced, and the juices are then concentrated into powders using a
proprietary, low-temperature process. We carefully monitor to
ensurer that our all-natural ingredients are not exposed to the
high temperatures that can destroy much of the nutritional value
of fruits and vegetables, as when they are overcooked.

Juice Plus+ is the most thoroughly researched brand-name
nutritional product on the market today. Numerous clinical
studies conducted in leading universities and hospitals by
investigators in the United States, England, Australia, Austria,
Italy and Jjapan show that Juice Plus+:* delivers key
antioxidants and other phytonutrients that are absorbed by the
body.
* reduces oxidative stress.
* positively impacts markers of systemic inflammation.
* helps support a healthy immune system and protect DNA.
* positively impacts several important indicators of
cardiovascular wellness.

Every penny that you spend, you are either investing in your
wellness or subsidizng your sickness. Juice Plus costs about
$1.30 per day. How much organic produce can you buy for that?

Drive, Pitch and Putt

Thank you everyone that signed up for this months Drive, Pitch
and Putt school. The March 6th event has already sold out. If
you missed your opportunity for this month, stay on the lookout
for this amazingly successful school next month.

Tip of the Month

If you are losing your focus during your round, getting tired,
and playing worse as the day goes on, try breaking your round up.
Play 3 holes at a time. Play the first three holes as best you
can, then play the next three holes as if it’s a new game,
forgetting the first three. Play the last three holes of the
front nine, again, as a new game. As you start the back nine,
play number 10 as if it’s your first hole of the day. Continue
on, playing three hole games at a time, until you finish all 18.
Add up your score only after completing your round, NOT after 9
holes, and NOT as you are playing your round. If you practice
this method, you will shoot lower scores. When you are adding up
your score as you play, it is nearly impossible to “stay in the
present”, forgetting what you have done previously. “Staying in
the Present” can help you “get in the zone”, which is where you
want to be to play your best golf. Remember the day when you
played your best golf, and you don’t know how you did it! That’s
“being in the zone”! In order to get there, you can’t be
adding up your score throughout the day. Try the “Three hole
method”, and DO NOT add up your first nine hole score. Just make
the turn, and pretend that 10 is your first hole of the day.
Give this a try to lower your score!
